Content Management System

Our proprietary Content Management System was designed to enable non-technical users to update and change content on a website while maintaining a professional and attractive look. Business owners or employees, who have been given the necessary access, can log in and change content. New text can be added to any page using the HTML editor which works like a word processor, allowing users to bold, italicize, align, and change the font style and size. Bulleted lists and other formatting options are just a click away.

Uploading a new file to the site is similar to adding an attachment to an email. Add a file to your desired web page by simply clicking the “Browse” button, then select the file from your computer.

Our Content Management System allows you to create as many custom pages as you like. A new page is created by clicking on “New Page” and then adding the appropriate title. You can add any module to that page, or type in text as desired. Web pages are also easily moved so they can appear in the first level of navigation or in a drop-down menu.

Creating additional users and groups to access the administrative console is a helpful way to allow others to make changes to the website. User logins can be created with restricted access. For example, you can create a login for an employee and give him access to edit only the pages that pertain to his responsibilities.
